With
East Texas Professional Credit Union’s
Internet Banking service, you can access your account 24
hours a day, 7 days a week from the comfort of your home
or office, via a personal computer. Internet Banking allows
you to transfer funds, print statements, check your account
balances and history, view check images, pay bills and email
the Credit Union. The Internet Banking service is available
at no charge to our members.
To provide you
with peace of mind in using the Internet Banking service,
we have invested in VeriSign’s secure server digital
certificate to protect your data. Through the use of Secure
Socket Layer technology, your data is encrypted to protect
your privacy. (For compatibility purposes when accessing
your account online, we recommend using the latest Microsoft
Internet Explorer or Netscape 128-bit browsers.)

of East Texas Professional Credit Union’s Internet
Banking Service
Account Access - This feature allows you to access your
various savings and loan accounts. You can view your current
savings and loan balances, view several months of transaction
history, transfer funds within your accounts, view monthly
statements and export your account information into files
that can be read by QuickenTM or MS MoneyTM.
Bill
Payment - This allows you to pay bills through
your personal computer, rather than by writing and mailing
checks. The bill payment service allows scheduling of recurring
payments. It allows for unlimited bill payments and provides
a history of past payments. (After the free 3-month introductory
period, there is a $4 monthly fee for this option. You also
have the option of selecting our Platinum or Platinum Plus
Checking Accounts to receive free Bill Payer service.*)
Stock
Quotes - This feature can provide you with 15 minute
delayed stock quotes. It allows you to select up to 20 different
stocks and receive updated status reports on those stocks.
User
Options - This allows you to change your password
and customize your Internet Access Service by changing timeout
periods, email address information, history date ranges,
your Internet Banking start page, and account nicknames.
There is also a “Forgotten Password Setup” which
(when preset) can assist you in accessing your account when
you forget your password.
Help
- This provides additional information about the Internet
Access Service.
Online
Forms - This option provides a way to send online
application information directly to the Credit Union. The
forms include Address Change, Loan Application, Personal
Check Copies, Stop Payment Request for Personal Checks and
MasterMoneyTM Check Card Application.
EMail
- This feature sends email directly to East Texas Professional
Credit Union.
Sign
Off - This logs you off the Internet Account Access
Service and returns you to the Internet Banking home page.
