Purchase
For owner-occupied residences, we will finance up to 95% of the purchase price or appraised value, whichever is less.

Refinances and Consolidations
East Texas Professional Credit Union can refinance your current residential loan from another lender. We can also consolidate your existing first lien mortgage with a new or existing home improvement loan.

New Home Purchase Plus Home Improvements
This type of transaction will allow you to make needed repairs or add some personal touches to your new home and have only one loan, as well as one loan payment. Simultaneous transactions are also offered.

Interim Construction Loans
East Texas Professional Credit Union can finance the construction of your new home, as well as the permanent financing.

Land Loans
For unimproved properties, financing is available for up to 80% of the purchase price or appraised value, whichever is less.
