ANNUAL PRIVACY NOTICE
At East Texas Professional Credit Union (referred to in this notice as "we," "our," and "us") it is our policy to protect the privacy of our members by complying with privacy laws. We are therefore providing this annual privacy notice to our members in order to promote full understanding of how we protect your privacy and what measures we take to safeguard the information we receive from you. When we use the words "you" and "your" we are referring to our consumer members who have a continuing relationship with us by purchasing or holding financial products or services such as a share account, loan account, credit card account or safe deposit box.

DEFINITION OF TERMS
Affiliate means any company that we control.

Nonaffiliated third party is a person we do not employ or a company that is not an affiliate of ours.

Nonpublic personal information means information about you that we collect in connection with providing a financial product or service to you, such as information we receive from you on an application, information about your transactions with us or our affiliates and information we receive from a consumer reporting agency. It does not include information that is available from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:


Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others: and,
Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.


INFORMATION SECURITY AND ACCURACY
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

AUTHORIZED SHARING OF NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may disclose information we collect to companies, such as brokerage firms, who are not affiliates if they perform marketing services on our behalf or with whom we have joint marketing agreements. To protect our members' privacy, we only work with companies that contractually agree to limit their use of the information to the purposes of the marketing services or joint marketing agreement. We do not permit these companies to sell any information we provide them to other third parties.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our members or former members to anyone, except as permitted by law.

COMPLAINT NOTIFICATION
This Credit Union is incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas and under state law is subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas Credit Union Department.
