Membership Application

To apply:

  1. Print a copy of the Membership Application
  2. Bring a completed application, valid Texas driverís license (or valid license from the state of your current residence) featuring your current address (if your current address is not listed, a utility bill with your name and current address must be provided) and your social security card (other documentation verifying your social security number may be accepted) into an office location.
  3. You must deposit a minimum of $5 into a savings account. This is your ownership of the Credit Union. These funds will remain on deposit in your account throughout the duration of your membership in East Texas Professional Credit Union.
