Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing support and assistance in the Marketing Department
  • Assist in the execution of well-planned marketing events, promotions, advertising and distribution of literature
  • Create Marketing materials using graphic design software
  • Design and post social media images, videos and information
  • Coordinate and attend community events 
  • Develop professional designs and layouts for Credit Union publications including member newsletters, direct mailings, flyers, posters and counter cards 
Requirements:
  • Degree in marketing, communications, public relations or graphic design is preferred
  • One to two years of experience in marketing, graphic design or related fields
  • Skills in copywriting and editing, layout and design are required
  • Working knowledge of Adobe CS5 - Illustrator and Photoshop 
  • Strong graphic design skills are required
  • Thorough knowledge of Credit Union products and services
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products
  • Knowledge of advertising, printing, and print production processes
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Well organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Flexible scheduling is required for specific, periodic events
  • Must be willing to work extended hours as needed
  • Strong communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
  • Open all types of new deposit accounts offered by the Credit Union            
  • Qualify members for membership, interview members to determine needs, and process requests via online system(s)
  • Receive, review and process applications for all consumer, credit card and overdraft account loans
  • Assemble and evaluate loan applications and present loan requests for approval
  • Actively cross sell products and services
  • Respond to member requests
  • Resolve member issues directly or coordinate resolution with appropriate ETPCU personnel
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year related experience
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person with prospective and current members
  • Cooperative and positive attitude toward members and credit union staff
*Compensation for travel time

  • Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders and cash advances 
  • Balance each day's transactions and verify cash totals
  • Ensure that members are promptly and professionally served
  • Actively cross sell credit union services
Requirements:
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • At least six months to one year as a teller or retail cash handling
  • Above average math and computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
