Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing support and assistance in the Marketing Department

Requirements:
  • Degree in marketing, communications, public relations or graphic design is preferred
  • One to two years of experience in marketing, graphic design or related fields
  • Skills in copywriting and editing, layout and design are required
  • Working knowledge of Adobe CS5 - Illustrator and Photoshop 
  • Strong graphic design skills are required
  • Thorough knowledge of Credit Union products and services
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products
  • Knowledge of advertising, printing, and print production processes
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Well organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Flexible scheduling is required for specific, periodic events
  • Must be willing to work extended hours as needed
  • Strong communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet members, answer phones, distribute mail, etc.               
  • Provide clerical support for all mortgage loan processing activities
  • Receive, evaluate, and review loan applications
  • Provide prompt, professional, courteous service in-person, via telephone and through electronic media, including e-mail as directed
  • Obtain and verify necessary information and prepare documents for underwriting and closing review
  • Arrange flood zone certification as required
  • Communicate loan status to all involved parties including buyer, seller, realtor, and title company representatives
  • Assist or refer members, as necessary
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of related mortgage lending experience preferred
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Read, write and speak both English and Spanish
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain records and summaries of teller transactions
  • Replenish cash and maintain supplies for teller department
  • Ensure that all Teller functions are correctly performed and are in accordance with established policies and standards 
  • Ensure that all security procedures are followed
  • Answer Teller questions, solve problems, and assist with complex transactions and sensitive member relation problems
  • Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served
  • Make judgments for Tellers (within limits of authority) pertaining to cashing and/or accepting checks or drafts
  • Investigate Teller out of balance conditions and institute corrective procedures; assist in finding balancing errors and ensure that each Teller balances at the end of each day and that all monies are secured in accordance with established procedures
  • Perform Teller transactions as required
  • Balance inventory items on a monthly basis
  • Provide leadership to personnel through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication
  • Ensure that personnel are well trained, effective, and optimally used
  • Provide instruction regarding policy, procedure, and service and product offerings
  • Assist new employees as needed
  • Coach tellers to actively cross sell products and services
Requirements:
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Thorough knowledge of Teller operations and procedures
  • Basic understanding of Credit Union operations and products
  • Understanding of Credit Union philosophy
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Teller at a full-service financial institution
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Supervisory and training abilities
  • Professional appearance, dress, and attitude
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders and cash advances 
  • Balance each day's transactions and verify cash totals
  • Ensure that members are promptly and professionally served
  • Actively cross sell credit union services
Requirements:
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • At least six months to one year as a teller or retail cash handling
  • Above average math and computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
