It is imperative to report a lost or stolen card immediately. Any unauthorized charges on an East Texas Professional Credit Union card should be reported as soon as possible in order to allow the Card Services department to stop any fraudulent charges. If any of your ETPCU cards are lost or stolen, please call the designated number immediately.
