Share your story on video! Following these easy steps:

  1. Read the Testimonial Contest Official Rules and Regulations included below.
  2. Complete, sign and save the Video Submission Consent and Release Form.      Video Submission Consent and Release Form
  3. Create an original video (30 seconds or less in length) showing how East Texas Professional Credit Union has helped make your life bigger and brighter.
  4. Upload your video and the completed Video Submission Consent and Release Form to https://filebin.net.
  5. Send an email to ThislsWhy@etpcu.org including the link to your video and consent form (provided in step 3 during upload at filebin.net) as well as your name, address, phone number and email.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE - APRIL 15, 2026
  • You must have an East Texas Professional Credit Union (ETPCU) account in good standing to enter.
  • Entries must have contact information including name, address, phone number and email address to be eligible.
  • At least 10 qualified videos must be entered by the deadline for judging to ensue.
  • Entries must be the contestant's original work and may not infringe on any copyrighted material or it will be disqualified. Submission must not contain any inappropriate language or content or it will be disqualified. Submission must not contain or refer to any company/brand/logos other than ETPCU or it will be disqualified.
  • If any group of individuals (e.g. family, siblings, friends) elects to collaborate on a submission, they all must meet the eligibility requirements and they are required to designate one representative to enter the contest and accept the prize on behalf of the group. ETPCU is not responsible for any disputes between collaborators related to a submission.
  • Entries will become the property of ETPCU.
  • A Testimonial Committee made up of ETPCU employees and/or delegates will be responsible for viewing the videos and selecting five finalists. The top five video submissions will be posted on our social media platforms, where our followers will vote to select one overall winner. The winner will be notified no later than April 30, 2026.
  • Prize money will be deposited into the winner's ETPCU account.
  • Submissions may be used for marketing purposes (See Consent and Release Form). ETPCU may, but is not obligated to, post submitted videos on any of its online platforms and/or display them on lobby screens.
  • By submitting an entry in this contest, you agree to indemnify ETPCU should any representations and warranties made by you above or in the contest rules prove to be false or inaccurate.
  • By submitting an entry in this contest, you release ETPCU, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims arising out of the use of the video or image on ETPCU's website
    or social media pages. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless ETPCU, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, losses, expenses, and liabilities of every kind, including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of the contest.
  • You understand and agree that ETPCU shall be the sole and exclusive owner of the entry submitted, whether or not you are the winner of this contest.
  • Children 17 & under must have parental signed consent as indicated on the Video Submission Consent and Release Form.
  • Employees and family members of employees within the same household are not eligible to enter.
